Circuit des Blancs

At the Bourg (Place de la Bascule) start your walk on the D193 towards Curbigny/La Clayette. After 250m arrive at ”Le Molard”; continue straight on towards “Les Leurres”; upon arrival in this hamlet, turn right. 400m further you will see the nationally renown carp-filled lake of Leurres. Turn left and follow the lake, crossing the woods of “Combes”. At the end of the woods keep left. At the hamlet of “Les Blancs” turn right. After following Lake “Gorges Pierres” you will arrive at the Bourg of Bois Sainte Marie where you can visit the magnificent Romanesque Church. Turn left towards “Sainte Catherine” and “Les Rues” . At the entrance to this hamlet, near the cross, keep right for 500m and at the first crossroad of dirt tracks go straight on. A little further on cross the communal tarmac road No 5; continue on the path bordered by dozens of oak trees to arrive at the D193. Turn right to get back to the Bourg.
