The first part of our circuits start the same, that is, by passing in front of the village café and proceeding in the direction of Montrocher – le Perret.
In hamlet of Montrocher you will overlook (for the first time) the railway line which runs between Paray-le-Monial and Lozanne. From here you have a beautiful view over the hamlet of Trembly.
A little further on turn left to reach the hamlet of Lavaux, where you can see its private castle (no visits allowed). Cross the footbridge over the Lavaux stream (altitude 288m) and you will arrive at the foot of this imposing building.
Follow the lane towards the woods of La Gueurce, which you cross by turning right. 1km further, at the exit to the woods of Trembly, you will find the hamlet of Mans where there are some beautiful houses of character and a restored chapel. Turn left at the chapel and join the hamlet of Conche where there exists an old mill.

At the wayside cross of Conche turn left; 200m further on our circuits separate:
- Those who choose the 9km walk should turn left to rejoin the Bourg of Dyo, by passing under the viaduct.
- Those who opt for the 15km walk should keep straight on, join the hamlet of Basse and go up to the Saint Prix Chapel after having crossed the railway line for the second time. Above the chapel and its fountain, turn right and go up towards “Notre Dame des Bois” – culminating at 469m this is the highest point of the Commune. A detour of 100m allows, if you wish, access to this little sanctuary. Follow the lane towards Delaine and Le Bois de la Charbonnière until you come to a tarmac road. Turn right and 100m further turn left. This lane takes you to the Vieux Bourg. Look around this hamlet and you will discover ruins of an ancient castle fort (only the dungeon exists now). A little further on you will return to your departure point. Again, pass by the café, or stop for some refreshments !

Your journey has been achieved ! We hope that you have appreciated these few hours of rambling through our village and that perhaps you will come back on another occasion.
