Circuit de la Vallée du Sornin

After leaving the Bourg in the direction of Le Cornet (1) continue on the right with a beautiful view of Mount St Cyr and Châtenay (2). At (3) turn right to join Montrossin (4) then the Croix des Bieres (5), and the Croix de Tête Noir (6). Arrive at the valley of Sornin. Here you can admire the 16th century Château de Chevannes (no visiting).
Head towards Bois de Fray then the Grand Poiseuil; the lane finally follows the valley overhanging Le Sornin and offers a beautiful panoramic view (8) over the village of Saint Racho with the Mountains of Dune (738m) and Dun (708m). Cross the Bois des Roches (9).
Finally go back to your departure point in the Bourg via the pathway crossing the meadows of Collonges .
