Le domaine de l'Argolay is located in the heart of Burgundy, a region renowned for its wines and snails, in the Saône-et-Loire region, the leading producer of farmhouse goat's cheese.
The farm currently has over 200 goats, producing around 120,000 litres of milk a year.
