During an easy walk, accessible to all, the aim is to discover the surrounding natural area through exploration using all 5 senses.
The activities on offer alternate between playful activities and more introspective ones, to help you connect with your senses. Smell, touch, hear? are used to discover the forest environment and refine your senses. Breathing practices are also used to achieve deep relaxation.
